MEMBERSHIP FEES

1) Member Exporter
[Entrance fees Rs.6,000/- + Membership fees Rs. 11,000/- + S.Tax @15% = Total Rs.19,550/-]
2) Registered Textile Exporter
[Entrance fees Rs.3,000/- + Membership fees Rs. 6,000/- + S.Tax @15% = Total Rs.10,350/-]

ELIGIBILITY
|

1) Member Exporter
Ø Annual Export Turnover whether by way of direct exports or through exporters of at least Rs. 2 Crores (Rupees Two Crores)
2) Registered Textile Exporter (RTE)
Ø No condition of minimum Export Turnover.

HOW TO GET MEMBERSHIP
|

Membership form can be downloaded from our website www.texprocil.org
OR
Membership form can be applied online and the documents required duly self certified to be sent to the Councils Office along with the payment.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
|

|
For all applicants :
IEC & PAN must.
Company: M & AOA, list of directors with their contact details.
Partnership firm: Partnership deed. List of partners with their contact details.
Co-op Society: Bye laws, List of Committee members with their contact details.
Trust: Trust deed, List of trustees with their contact details.
Proprietor: Age Proof of Proprietor i.e. PAN card, Passport, etc.
For manufacturer Exporters:
certificate issued by DIC, SSI, MOC (SIA).
For Member Exporters:
CA's certificate for export turnover.

RCMC
|

|
Valid for 5 financial years. (After completion of 5 years RCMC has to be renewed)
|
|
RENEWAL OF MEMBERSHIP
|
:
|
Every year, before 30th April for current financial year.
The renewal subscription fee for RTE is Rs. 6000/- + S.Tax @15% = Rs.6900/-.
The renewal subscription fee for Member is Rs.11000/- + S.Tax @ 15% = Rs.12650/-.
Non-renewal of membership will result in automatic cancellation of the Registration cum Membership Certificate (RCMC).
